Pickleball
Great news - Pickleball starts this Friday, 11th September

Were delighted by the fantastic level of interest shown in our new Pickleball sessions. Its wonderful to see so many people keen to give this activity a try.

Due to the overwhelming response, all available spaces are now fully taken. We are unable to accept any new participants for the next few weeks while we settle into the new program.

Thank you for your enthusiasm and support. We will keep you updated as soon as additional place become available.

🎉Great news! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that the works at Evergreen Hall are now complete!

The project took a little longer than originally planned due to some unforeseen works, but we’re pleased to say that all club member activities are now back up and running, and our hall hirers are returning too.

If you usually attend one of the groups or activities held at the hall, we recommend checking directly with the organiser for their latest arrangements.

A huge thank you to everyone who was affected by the temporary closure while the works were carried out. We really appreciate your patience, understanding and support.

We’re so pleased to have Evergreen Hall back open and look forward to welcoming everyone back!

🏠 Roof Project Update 🏠

We're pleased to share that our new roof is almost complete! It's wonderful to see the project progressing so well.

The next phase will be installing the internal ceiling and lighting. This means there will be more contractors on site and a few more skips as the remaining debris is cleared away.

As a charity-run community hall, we couldn't do this without the support and understanding of our local community. Thank you for your continued patience while these essential improvements are carried out. We know the temporary disruption will be worth it, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back to enjoy the finished hall.

We'll keep you updated as the work continues!

🎉 Thank You for a Fantastic Charity Race Night at the Evergreen! 🐎

Last night was a brilliant evening at Allestree Evergreen Hall, with over 50 people enjoying a night full of fun, laughter and racing excitement – topped off with a novelty pig race! 😁🐷

A huge thank you to Tom at Allestree Fish Bar, who went above and beyond to provide a delicious Fish & Chip supper and generously donated the gift voucher prize for our Lucky Dip. We’re also very grateful to The 189 Bar for supplying the beers for our “Name the Runner of the Meet.” 🍻 Your support is truly appreciated!

Special thanks to our fantastic Club committee for all their hard work behind the scenes and on the night – we couldn’t have done it without you.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event. We look forward to seeing you at the next one! 🙌
