This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to remind everyone that not all battles are visible. Some people are fighting silent battles, carrying thoughts, emotions and pain they struggle to put into words.

That’s why we have something special coming soon… 📖✨

Our upcoming book is more than just a collection of poems and stories. It’s a reminder that your voice matters, your feelings are valid, and you don’t have to face your struggles alone.

Through real experiences, powerful words and shared stories, we hope to break the stigma around mental health, encourage honest conversations and remind people that healing starts when we stop suffering in silence. ❤️‍🩹

Sometimes, the words we’re afraid to say are the words someone else needs to hear.

💭 Your story could be someone else’s strength.

🎃👻 **WE NEED YOUR HELP! 👻🎃

Our Halloween party is coming up, and we’re looking for donations of Halloween decorations, props and anything spooky that could help us transform the youth club into a Halloween wonderland! 🕷️🕸️🎃

Have you got old decorations sitting in the loft? 👀
Fake cobwebs, pumpkins, lights, spooky props, costumes, Halloween games — anything Halloween-related could help! 🧙‍♀️

We’re a local youth club working to create better opportunities and experiences for the children and young people of Willenhall. We want to give them somewhere safe, fun and positive to come together, but we can’t do it alone. ❤️

This is where our community comes in. 🙌

If you have anything you’re able to donate, big or small, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation helps us put on activities and events that the children can enjoy and remember. 🎃❤️

Fantastic joint group meeting this evening at the John White Community Centre with Coventry Community Club , Womens Community Group, Coventry, Network And Support CIC & The Pride of Willenhall Coventry

We talked about our plans for the groups over the next month and, most importantly, opened up a really honest conversation about mental health and how it can affect men, women and young people in different ways.

It was brilliant to hear everyone’s opinions, experiences and ideas, and even better to see everyone talking so openly and supporting one another.

These conversations are so important. By coming together, listening and keeping the conversation going, we can continue to make a real difference in our community.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along this evening. ❤️

This is a great opportunity for our groups to come together, share ideas, talk about the work we’re doing in our communities, and look at how we can continue supporting local people together.

👻 Hi Guys, We need YOU for NAS Haunted House/ Disco Night!

📅 Friday 30th October

We're putting on a Haunted House party for our youth club and we want to make it BIG. To do that, we need a few extra hands from people we already know and trust in the community.

We're looking for volunteers to:
🎃 Help staff the event (doors, snacks, general running around)
🥻 Be a "prop" or spooky character in one of our haunted rooms
🧹 Help with setup/pack-down

Heads up before you reply: all volunteers need a quick ID check. Some roles may also require a DBS check, depending on what you're doing on the night. We'll let you know what applies once we've sorted roles. This isn't us being awkward, it's how we keep the kids (and you) safe.

If you're up for it, drop a message and we'll get in contact with you about potential roles.

❤️ What a fantastic meeting for Coventry Community Club this evening. ❤️

A massive thank you to our special guest speaker, Peter Harvey , for coming along and sharing his story and his journey through mental health and addiction.

Peter was open, honest and raw, taking us on a journey through his experiences. His story was incredibly insightful and relatable to so many people in the room, giving everyone a lot of perspective and plenty to think about.

Peter is a truly outstanding guy for our city. He has turned his own life around and has gone on to help and support so many people around him. We genuinely can't thank you enough, Peter. ❤️

Top man, Peter. Thank you for coming along and giving up your time to share your story.

And a huge thank you to everyone who attended tonight and helped make it such a great evening. Remember, our doors are always open. Nobody should ever feel like they have to struggle alone.
