Skills for Care is seeking feedback from individual employers and personal assistants (PAs) to help build a clearer picture of the sector today and its future workforce needs.

The surveys explore current experiences, key challenges, emerging opportunities and areas where further workforce development or skills support may be needed. The findings will contribute to an insights report for the Department of Health and Social Care - DHSC and help inform future discussions about workforce planning, skills development and sector growth.

There are separate surveys for individual employers and personal assistants:

Individual Employers:

Please share with individual employers and PAs who may be interested in contributing their views.

Our Essex team attended the Chelmsford Careers Fair this week, organised by The UK Careers Fair, speaking with people from the local community about employment, support services and opportunities connected to Penderels Trust.

Our team had a busy and productive day, meeting job seekers, speaking with other local organisations and raising awareness of the work we do in Essex.

Events like this are a valuable way to connect with people face-to-face, answer questions and build links with others working to support employment and independence in the community.

Here are some photos from the event.
