Baginton Parish Council – Councillor Resignations

Baginton Parish Council has received and accepted the resignations of Councillor Goodwin and Councillor Cawley.

The Parish Council would like to thank Councillor Goodwin for the considerable time and commitment he has given to the Council and the village during his many years of service. His contribution to the community is greatly appreciated, and we wish him all the very best for the future.

The Parish Council would also like to thank Councillor Cawley for the time, enthusiasm and valuable contribution she has given during her time on the Council. We wish her every happiness and success for the future.

VACANCY – BAGINTON PARISH COUNCIL

Baginton Parish Council currently has a vacancy for a Parish Councillor.

The formal vacancy notice has been published and the statutory 14-day period will end on 10 August 2026.

If you are interested in becoming involved with the Parish Council and helping to represent and support the local community, please contact the Parish Clerk after 10 August, when further information and an application form can be provided.

Becoming a Parish Councillor is a great opportunity to have a say in matters affecting the village and to play an active part in the local community.

The Parish Council would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Meakin for his many years of service to Baginton Parish Council. His time, commitment and contribution to the Council and the village have been greatly appreciated.

We wish Mike all the very best for the future.
