EVENT POSTPONEMENT: Regretably my Troubadour Journey concert at Blanchland Abbey this Friday (19th June) has been postponed by mutual agreement with the venue owing to low advance ticket sales. I really hate cancelling concerts but sadly it’s just not economical to go ahead at this stage and I’m truly sorry not to be bringing the new songs to this beautiful place that I passed through on my musical pilgrimage last year. My sincere apologies to those who had already bought tickets - Blanchland Abbey Project will be in touch directly about refunds. We are looking at a provisional rearranged date of Saturday 10th October and I hope you’ll be able to join me then instead. I’ll keep you posted about the new details in due course.

My gigs at Wooler (Thurs 18th June) and Lanchester (20th June) still very much going ahead and it will be great to see you there 🙏

Great article in The Northumbrian about musician Gareth Davies-Jones and his Troubadour Journey Tour.

Gareth is performing at Blanchland Abbey very soon Friday 19th June, 7.30pm.

The pizza van and bar will be open Blanchland Village Hall too, so you can have your tea before strolling across to The Abbey for the concert.
