It's that time again! We're putting together our Creative Roots craft & activity programme for Root & Branch Community Café, Stanhope (Sept–Dec) and we'd love you to be part of it.

Fancy running a taster session or a full workshop? Get in touch! Got a date in mind? Let us know and we'll pop it in the diary.

We're up for all sorts:
🧶 Crafts · Making · Activities · Gardening & Growing · Learning · You name it!

Sessions can be in the cafe, outdoors, or anywhere across Weardale.

The details:
📅 Taster sessions are usually Thursdays & Fridays, 10am–1pm (but we're flexible!)
💰 £50 fee plus up to £20 materials budget
🎟️ Doing something longer or ticketed? Happy to chat fees and logistics
☕ Sessions run alongside the community cafe, but we're open to ideas

We can’t wait to welcome our lovely customers back tomorrow!!

No crafts this week; but the Roots and Shoots playroom will be open and we have a cracking menu, we know you’ll have missed Cheryl’s delicious food the most!

Weave a willow flower sculpture for your garden — and if you've ever fancied learning to basket weave, this is a great taster, as the flower centre uses exactly the same technique as a round basket base.
