Huge congratulations to former Springboard parent Dom who raised over £1000 for Springboard by taking part in a Hydrox event.
"The race went as well as I could have hoped and the atmosphere in the stadium was incredible. The final 15 minutes were extremely tough, but with my competition partner Ryan, we encouraged each-other and pushed to get to the finish line.
We set ourselves the challenge to try and complete the course in under 1 hour 30 minutes, which we managed to achieve with just over a minute to spare.
I have been absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of support I have had from the community. The generosity of my friends, family and colleagues was beyond my imagination, which really helped motivate me to get through what was undoubtedly the toughest physical challenge I’ve faced. "
