We strive to treat all with dignity and respect as image-bearers of God. We run ESOL classes across many locations as well as various integration projects.

Every week brings new opportunities to learn, grow and come together. We’re grateful for the friendships being formed, the experiences being shared and the community we continue to build together.

At AP, we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, valued and supported, and that a little time, care and encouragement can go a long way. 💙

A huge thank you to all our wonderful volunteers — our teachers, childcare team, befrienders and tea makers! ☕📚🧸 You give your time, energy and care so generously, helping make AP a place where people can learn, connect and feel at home. We couldn’t do it without you!

Thank you, too, to all our partners for walking alongside us and making this work possible. We’re truly grateful for each and every one of you. 🙏

We’ve also had lots of fun this week bringing students and friends along to visit the Logos Hope, docked at Belfast’s Albert Quay! 🚢📚

The Logos Hope is home to the world’s largest floating book fair, and we had a great time exploring the ship, enjoying tours, drinking matcha and, of course, buying books! ☕📖

It was also a great opportunity to share a little about Acacia Path with some of the crew and visitors on board. 🌍

Great times of exploring, connecting and making memories together! 😊

We’re especially excited to be launching a new ladies’ class in partnership with happywomensgroup and cookechurch! 💛

Also back in September, we said goodbye to Kris! 👋

Kris has been part of AP on the North Coast from the very beginning and has played such an important role in the work here. We’re so thankful to God for all you’ve brought to the team over the years — your hard work, wisdom and, of course, your banter!

We’re incredibly grateful for the time we’ve had working alongside you, and we’re continuing to pray for you as you step into this next chapter, asking God to guide and encourage you in all that lies ahead.

And thankfully, you haven’t gone too far away! 😊

Our socials have been a little quiet over the past few weeks as we’ve been busy getting stuck into a new term! 👋✨

Keep an eye out this weekend as we share a little glimpse of what we’ve been up to! 👀

First up… Team Retreat Days! 🤍

Back in September, we took some time out to come together as a team to reflect, pray and plan for the term ahead. 🙏

Together, we explored the theology of work, gave thanks for our amazing local church partners, and reflected on what it looks like to reflect God in all that we do. We know we won’t always get it right, but we’re learning to trust Him, depend on His grace and keep seeking to honour Him in the way we work and serve. 💛

We had so much to be thankful for from last term, and we’re excited to see what God has in store for this new term! ✨

What a brilliant way to spend a Monday morning at The Coastal Zone in Portrush! 🌊🦀🦞🦈

Yesterday, Portrush iHub had so much fun learning all about our amazing coastline and the creatures that call it home. They got up close with crabs, lobsters and even baby sharks, as well as having a fantastic time fishing in the rock pools. 🎣🐚

A wonderful morning of exploring, discovering and learning by the sea! 💙🌊

🌿 A peaceful morning outdoors with Portrush iHub! 🌳

Earlier this week, Portrush iHub headed to Portstewart to enjoy some time outdoors. ☀️

The group spent the morning flowerfieldarts, learning about different types of trees 🌳, and getting creative by making their very own clay characters on the trees! 🪵🎨

It was a lovely, peaceful morning filled with learning, creativity and fresh air. 💚

I wonder what they’ll get up to next week… 👀✨

🩹 First Aid at Coleraine iHub! 🩹

Last week, our students at Coleraine iHub had the opportunity to learn some valuable first aid skills. A huge thank you to our wonderful guest for giving up her time to share her knowledge and expertise with us — we really appreciate it! 💙
