Our Volunteer Day at Connswater and Hydebank Gardens with the crews was amazing! Here's some images from Hydebank where the volunteers were trench building, tree planting, raised bed shifting, weeding, refurbishing and sign making. Our corporate volunteer days mean so much to our garden communities, when large scale and heavy lifting work can be completed so quickly, sets up the garden for the rest of the year and helps our garden users who have mobility or ability issues, not to mention the enormous sense of wellbeing that these outdoor spaces bring to people. It really does make a difference. Thank you!!

NI Water came in last week to chat to our team about water sustainability and water saving. They kindly gave us free water bottles and a water butt to pass to the clubs working with us on this project.

Trying to reduce the amount of water and single-use plastics is important, as these can have large impacts in our local communities. It can also help to save you money!

Delighted that will be working with our Goals for Climate project to help them take actions that can make them a more sustainable club for the members, supporters and wider community. Ballinamallard United FC have already taken action to become more sustainable and are moving ahead of the curve through our Goals for Climate project. We're excited to work with them, and see what further actions we can work on!
