My colleague and friend Dr. David Gallagher has just published a highly insightful book exploring the Irish Methodist Church's role in peacebuilding during the Northern Ireland conflict.

Having worked with David over the years on various conflict transformation and peacemaking initiatives, I highly recommend this. It beautifully captures the diverse tapestry of individuals within Irish Methodism who contributed to the historic Good Friday Agreement.

It is absolutely well worth a read!

Lovely to see you in Belfast Owen!

With conflicts around the globe surging to their highest level since WWII, Northern Ireland offers the rare example of how seemingly intractable violence can be transformed into sustained peace, however imperfect. For students from Egypt's BUC Centre for Global Affairs and the University of Central....

It has been a highly productive week for our organisation!

Our team engaged in strategic conversations spanning Jerusalem, the Carter Centre in Atlanta, Washington DC, and New York City.

We also expanded our educational outreach by delivering two lectures—one to a Wisconsin university and another to a delegation of clergy in the Carolinas.

We also have a cohort of young leaders visiting us from Atlanta on Sunday!

Stay tuned more to come!

Our final days in Dublin with UCF Global Perspectives & Initiatives and Badr University Cairo were unforgettable!

We dived into the history of the 1916 Rising with our dear friend Lorcan Collins, shared a wonderful dinner with former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, and made educational visits to Leinster House and Glasnevin Cemetery.

We wrapped up our last evening reflecting on an incredible week.

We know these bright young leaders will take the insights they gained in Ireland and Northern Ireland to inspire their future work.

A massive thank you to the amazing students, teachers, and lecturers who brought open minds and hearts to this journey.

It has been an exceptional experience, and we cannot wait for future collaborations!

Moments like this are the reason we are so passionate about our work!

We love having the privilege of showing young global leaders how the lessons of the Good Friday Agreement can bring hope to other situations worldwide.

Please listen to our beautiful colleague Berry Heriz from Egypt singing at Stormont with our honoured guest, Mike Nesbitt.

This special moment will stay in our hearts forever as we continue working to inspire the next generation.

For years, I dreamed of finding a way to connect my passion for music with my studies in Political Science and tonight, that dream became reality. I had the honor of performing an Arabic song at Stormont parliment, the Northern Ireland Assembly, in front of distinguished members of the Legislative A...
