If youโ€™re the parent or carer of a young person with a mental health challenge then chances are youโ€™re probably anxious, stressed and lacking a little hope right now. Hope for Carers is a free self-help group where you can receive advice and empathy from other parents/carers.

The last Young Parentsโ€™ group before the summer break is today from 12:40-2. Arw tku a parent under 25? If so, pop in for free chat, craft and summer play ideas. All welcome and no booking required.

Itโ€™s the last Wednesday toddler group before the summer holidays today from 11-12:30 here at The Safe, followed by a free packed lunch to take away from 12:30. Lunch today will be a choice of wraps, crisps, sweetbread and fruit. ๐ŸŒด

The great stationary give away!
We have been blessed with a HUGE donation of stationary. Looking for something to help occupy the kids during the Summer Holidays? Pop along to The Safe today between 11 and 12:30 or 2 and 3:30 to fill a carrier bag full of free craft and stationary goodies. All free of charge and open to all.

Good morning everyone. We will be open for Babystore today, but we will be asking all clients to make their requests all in one go to limit the number of times our staff are travelling up and downstairs in hot weather. If there is something you have forgotten, you are welcome to return on Saturday for it.

We will also be asking people to leave once their order has been met in order to reduce the number of people in the space and hopefully also keep the heat down. If we are too full, we will ask clients to find some a shady spot to wait in whilst we clear the people currently in the room.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Itโ€™s going to be another warm one tomorrow. Toddler group will be open as usual from 11-12:30, but we will then provide a take-away lunch for a picnic in the park as it gets a bit warm in the main room in the afternoon. All welcome and no booking required. Please arrive before 12 if you would like to be provided with a lunch.
