For many years, I personally have wanted to make a difference to people’s lives who are less fortunate than myself. I have recently been shopping in Reading, and I noticed many homeless people in need of our help! So, instead of donating things and giving money to charities already established I wanted to make a difference today. Until our charity is fully established and raised over five thousand
pounds we cannot register it. So, all we can ask is for your trust and generosity to help us, to help the homeless until we reach this goal. Keith and I will be attacking the streets of Berkshire, Hampshire and all surrounding areas to change these people’s lives for the better. With the help of your kind donations we will not only be supplying them with food bags, water, toiletries, hats, gloves, scarfs and sleeping bags, we are in touch with local shelters and hostels with the help of only a few pounds we will house them for maybe 1,2, or 3 nights. Along with this, we will be in close, regular contact with these people to help them get back on track and onto a new path. But, we cannot do this without your help. All donations that are kindly received, whether this is money, old coats, scarfs or fluffy socks for these cold nights, will be recognised and the differences made to each individual person will be posted onto this page with pictures, videos and stories of how you helped put a smile on their faces. Our main goal is to give a listening ear, make people smile, provide decent, safe accommodation, raise awareness of homelessness and eventually change the world to a place where homelessness is no longer
Any donation would be greatly appreciated however big or small. You can either donate to our ‘just giving’ page https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/streetlove
If you wish to donate an item of clothing, or food, we can collect at your convenience or feel free to drop over to either myself or Keith. Again, thank you so much. Any suggestions you have please let us know. We cannot wait to update you on all the great things we achieve in the next up and coming months. Keep your eyes peeled.
