The Pink Place Fashion Show is about so much more than fashion.

Itโ€™s an evening where some of the incredible women supported by The Pink Place get the chance to step into the spotlight, take to the catwalk and be cheered on by their family, friends and supporters. ๐Ÿ’•

And they wonโ€™t be walking alone โ€“ theyโ€™ll be escorted down the catwalk by the Basingstoke Firefighters! ๐Ÿš’๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿš’

Join us on Thursday 8 October 2026 at the Apollo Hotel, Basingstoke for an evening of fun, fizz and fashion โ€“ while helping raise funds to support women living with cancer.

The Basingstoke-based company already has a very special connection to us, as their Financial Director, Kevin Croombs, is one of our wonderful Trustees.

What a brilliant night we had at our sell-out Brush Party at Howard Park Bowls Club on Thursday!

There was painting, music, plenty of laughter and some fabulous masterpieces created along the way. And with the recent temperatures, we were VERY grateful for the air-conditioned clubhouse! ๐Ÿ˜…

We're proud to shine a spotlight on the incredible complementary therapists who give their time, expertise and compassion to support the women of The Pink Place.

This week we're introducing Nina from Yoga Sansaar, who leads our weekly Yoga Therapy sessions.

Nina provides a calm, welcoming environment where women living with cancer, or recovering from treatment, can gently reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation.

Her classes are suitable for everyone, with no previous yoga experience needed, and every session is adapted to meet each woman's individual needs.

Research supported by Cancer Research UK shows that appropriate exercise can help reduce anxiety and fatigue, improve symptoms of depression, and enhance quality of life during and after cancer treatment.

We're incredibly grateful to have Nina as part of The Pink Place family and for the care, kindness and expertise she brings to our community every week. ๐Ÿ’—
