A bright cold, but sunny day our volunteers were out around the village this morning. 8 volunteers picked 20 bags of litter and lots of bottles !!!
Our 3 fantastic gardeners were working on the War Memorial, and in Mapplewell Park, Barnsley Parks & Green Spaces planting Alliums for a future display.😍
It was great to see the park so busy with a football match and kids playing in the MUGA, tennis court and play area. Its a pity a few minority just don't care.
Then back to The Wentworth Arms where a certain volunteer was seen eating all the biscuits 😁
