🌿 A huge thank you to Wellington Rotary! 🌿

We would like to say a massive thank you to Wellington Rotary for inviting our young carers to such an exciting Scouts Day! 💚

Our young carers had an amazing time and absolutely loved every bit of the experience. From exploring the outdoors to trying new activities, it was a wonderful opportunity for them to have fun, make memories and simply enjoy being young. 🌳⛺️

For many of our young carers, opportunities like this to spend time in nature and take part in activities they may not otherwise have access to can make such a huge difference. It gave them a chance to step away from their caring responsibilities, connect with nature, build confidence and enjoy a day just being themselves.

Thank you, Wellington Rotary, for making this possible and for creating such a fantastic experience for our young carers. Your kindness, generosity and support are truly appreciated. 💚

Hi all! Exciting news! (we would also really appreciate your help) 📚✨ Our young carers will be getting the chance to write and illustrate their very own book!

You may or may not have heard that we are now running a Monday Quiet Group.

These sessions are aimed at young carers who would benefit from a quieter, more creative space, as we know that some of our young carers can find larger social situations challenging. 💛

The group is open to everyone, but spaces are limited.

📅 Starting Monday 5th October -Monday Every
⏰ 3:45pm-5:00pm

Even if your child/children aren't able to be involved in the sessions, we would love to hear your stories and ideas! You can email these to [email protected] or send them to us via WhatsApp. 💬
