From original post - Team Ways2Wellness is SUPER excited and proud to host a talk by the inspirational Dr Tina Peers! “Be the Healthiest You Can Be: Detoxify from Modern Toxins”
We are living in very toxic times and navigating how to be the healthiest you can be, can be very challenging!
Tina will cover the recent toxins we face and how to detoxify and restore your health.
Tina will cover more than these topics - Mast cell activation Syndrome, Long Covid, C19 injection injury, how to restore health, how to regenerate rather than degenerate and, if there is time, some other fascinating technologies to produce coherence around us.
We are looking forward to seeing you all there!

Open day 14 Nov 3pm TALK with Ali Lomax, experienced Homeopath: Managing Stress with Homeopathy.
We are all dealing with stress so much in our lives these days, and this time of year, we often see it escalating even more. Homeopathy is so helpful at easing the stress, and enabling us to get through these testing periods, naturally. Please do join me for my talk to find out more.

After becoming a nurse in 1996 & practising for many years, I realised the medical model has a gap which is why many people weren't getting better so I followed my desire to learn more by qualifying at the accredited Centre for Homeopathic Education in London (2009-2013).
I practice privately in East Horsley in the beautiful county of Surrey. I offer online video call appointments to patients who are not able to meet with me locally, or who are overseas. I am also part of the Homeopathy247 .com team, where we strive to offer Homeopathic support across the world 24-7 with incredible results...

Open day 14 Nov 4pm GROUP: Soundbath with Lin Crane. Prepare for a deep level relaxation of immersed in sound frequencies! Participants sit / lie on yoga mats while “bathed” in the frequency of particular instruments (including crystal bowls, chimes, native instruments, voice & gongs). Many physical & mental benefits, some include relaxing, stress reduction, improved mood & sleep quality. Very good process for ‘shedding old to make room for the new’. NB Please wear comfortable clothes & bring a mat / blanket. Remember to wait for a minute after the sounds have stopped before moving /getting up as the resonation continues even in the silence Honouring the sacred silence with quiet respect & gratitude speeds up the integration into your body. Stay well rested & hydrated with clean fluids for 24 hours after to maximise the benefits. Limited places so book beforehand. If you book a treatment during soundbath on the day, an voluntary extra £5 would be deeply appreciated as you'll receive all the same benefits in addition to those of your chosen therapy.

Open day 14 Nov 11am TALK: Sleep Well, Sleep Deep by Andre Berry (Vedic & TM teacher; Celebrant) Sleep is one of the most important parts of our day, yet so many of us struggle to get enough of it.
In this talk, we’ll explore what actually happens when we sleep, including the different stages of sleep and why each one matters.
We’ll look at some of the common reasons we struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep or wake feeling properly rested, and how what we do during the day can affect the night ahead.
We’ll explore routines, stress, overthinking, caffeine, screens, our sleeping environment and some of the habits that can quietly get in the way of a good night’s sleep.
Most importantly, we’ll look at practical routines and simple techniques that can help us wind down, sleep better and wake feeling more rested.
16 years ago Andre was blown away by the changes Transcendental Meditation brought (into his fast paced life)- some happened overnight. Amazed by his reduced anxiety & increased resilience to everyday challenges, he enrolled to become a teacher. . Andre is now a much sought after Independent Teacher of Transcendental Meditation, Celebrant & Wellbeing Consultant, working with a wide range of clients including BBC, BP, Channel 4, Eurostar, Harvey Nichols, Tik Tok to name but a few.

Open Day 14 Nov'26 1pm TALK - Connecting the Dots: Mind Body approaches to unspiral persistent pain & symptoms. Ongoing pain or symptoms that persist? I can show you how, when symptoms spike, the pain and the anticipation can spike with them, and how calming techniques, practised again and again, can bring them both down.
* The smoke alarm: why symptoms are real, and how the brain can turn them up
The anticipation: the constant worry that spikes when symptoms do
•Noticing without fixing: a gentle exercise we'll try together
Practise and repeat: calming tools to help you open up to life again
* Three things to take home and try, ready to use the very next day
"The dots don't disappear. It's the relationship between them that changes."
Less fear around symptoms. More life.

Open Day 14Nov'26 2:30pm GROUP: *Mindful Autumnal Art workshop* – farina art invites you to pick up your crayons, pencils, or anything that makes a mark, First part is create the paper using a range of fun techniques & then we’ll start cutting & forming the Autumnal images from those papers. You’re encouraged to tune into yourself & enjoy the expressive process of making marks to connect with your current self & return to the carefree creativity of youth. Leave your inhibitions behind & open your mind to make Art like no one’s watching. As we age, the freedom of creativity is often replaced by expectations. We are taught that art must follow rules, master techniques, & strive for perfection in order to be considered valuable. What was once playful and instinctive becomes overshadowed by theory, technique, & the pressure to create “serious” art.
This workshop gently shifts away from those ideas. I will guide you through a series of playful, intuitive drawing & painting exercises using abstract ink & paint techniques, leading towards the creation of multiple vibrant autumnal / festive images that you then string along into a beautiful garland. These exercises are designed to help you loosen up your creative practice and rediscover the simple joy of making art for art’s sake.
Come as you are - art supplies will be available, though you’re welcome to bring your favourite materials if you wish. You don’t need any prior art experience to take part - just a willingness to explore and create! Open minds, spontaneity and mess are encouraged!
