This Thanksgiving, I’m feeling extra grateful for my health and for the opportunity to give back in a meaningful way! 🧡🍂 Donating my hair to the Angel Hair For Kids is a small way to help bring confidence, hope, and smiles to children in need. I am thankful for the chance to turn something personal into something that can make a difference.

Growing up in Calgary, the annual Terry Fox Run was always a familiar part of my childhood, but watching RUN TERRY RUN at CIFF last night hit on a completely different level. The newly restored footage connects you directly to the raw emotions, capturing the raw, gritty, and fiercely determined 21-year-old behind the Marathon of Hope.
Thank you Calgary International Film Festival (CIFF) for the opportunity to experience such an impactful film!

It was a lovely evening filled with colourful lanterns, local vendors, live music, and a great atmosphere. The crisp, fall-like temperature made it the perfect evening to be outside, walking around and enjoy the beautiful lights! ✨

How is it already the last weekend of Calgary Stampede!
I got the opportunity to volunteer at another Calgary Stampede Caravan breakfast this morning and it was great to see everyone!
It always amazes me how much effort goes into putting together such an event and the commitment from the community, staff, and volunteers!

Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to attend the opening night of Notre-Dame de Paris. It was an honour to witness such powerful choreography and amazing costumes come to life on the Jubilee stage.

One of my favourite part of the show is the Dance Talk before the show where the artistic director talks about the backstory of the performance and what we should look out for!

This is a great reminder of the incredible arts community we have here in Calgary. I’m already looking forward to the 2026/27 season, which is shaping up to be another incredible year. If you’re curious about what’s coming to the stage next, you can find more information at

On Sunday, I had the honor of judging the Miss Teenage Alberta and Miss Alberta PGC Pageant!👑💕

It is always inspiring to witness a strong group of young women stepping onto the stage with confidence, purpose, and grace. Pageantry is so much more than what you see on stage—it’s about leadership, community impact, and personal growth.
A huge congratulations again to all the contestants and the new winners!
