Here's where the magic happens! You may be familiar with BOOKEnds, our used bookstore in the Toronto Reference Library, but this is where your donated books first arrive to be sorted and priced by our dedicated volunteers. If you have books that need a new home, we encourage you to review our donation guidelines and drop off your gently used books, CDs and DVDs in our donation box.

Meet TPL's 2026 Spring Environmentalist in Residence!

Clementina Consens is an artist, researcher, and environmental scientist with experience designing and leading climate justice strategies across sectors. Clementina's residency runs from April 6 to May 30, 2026 at Malvern Branch.

Friends of Toronto Public Library, South Chapter, are proud to support TPL’s Our Fragile Planet program series and this residency, which aims to teach Torontonians about the environment and how to protect it through year-round programming.
