We are committed to providing essentials to vulnerable people in low-income communities to create a world where the most vulnerable people have more choices and opportunities. Ease the suffering of those experiencing homelessness by distributing warm clothing and care items

2. Create an 'even playing field' for students across Canada by distributing school supplies and everyday essentials to children and families in need

3. Assist cancer patients and elderly persons in low-income communities access the medical treatment they need by providing free transportation for medical appointments and grocery shopping

Happy Thanksgiving to all the in our community, especially those spending the holiday alone. This season, let's take a moment to visit a senior residence, share a conversation, offer a smile, and remind our elders that they are valued and loved.

As we gather with family and friends, let us also reflect on the wisdom, sacrifices, and contributions of the generations before us. One day, we too will be seniors, and small acts of kindness today can make a lasting difference.

This Thanksgiving weekend was one to remember! From bringing together family and friends to celebrating a great Toronto FC win, it was a day filled with excitement, connection, and gratitude.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our blessings, show gratitude, and extend kindness to others. As we gather with family and friends, let's also remember those who are experiencing homelessness and struggling to find a safe place to call home.

A roof over our heads, food on our tables, and the love of family are gifts many of us may take for granted. No one chooses hardship, and everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, hope, and support.

This Thanksgiving, consider making a difference by volunteering at a local shelter, donating food, clothing, or funds, or simply offering compassion to those in need.

Everywhere we go today, whether it's a coffee shop, subway station, bus stop, grocery store, or restaurant, we are seeing more people experiencing homelessness. Rising costs of food, housing, and the growing strain on shelter systems have made life increasingly difficult for many individuals and families.

As members of a caring and compassionate community, we all have a role to play. Let's not look away and assume it isn't our concern. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference:

- Volunteer at a local shelter and help serve meals.
- Donate clothing, winter coats, socks, or essential items.
- Support shelters and community organizations through donations.
- Offer kindness, respect, and dignity to those facing challenges.
- Give back to the community you call home.
