IN-PERSON WORKSHOP: MOVING THROUGH CHANGE

Change can be challenging, not because we're weak, but because our minds naturally resist uncertainty. This workshop explores why change feels difficult, using the Stages of Change model and mindset-based strategies to help you better understand your personal journey through change. In this workshop, you'll learn why resistance is a normal part of growth, discover which stage of change you're in — and how to move forward, create a personal change roadmap with practical, doable steps, and gain tools for staying motivated, overcoming setbacks, and building resilience. You'll walk away with greater self-awareness, a clearer vision for the change you want, and strategies to help you actually make it happen - one step at a time.
