Celebrating Sparks and Embers after their first overnight camp! ⛺🌟

From setting up tents to roasting marshmallows, they embraced new challenges, made lasting memories and took big steps toward independence.

So proud of their amazing accomplishment!

June is National Indigenous History Month, a time to recognize and honour the histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples.

It is also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of reconciliation.

Reconciliation begins with learning. This month, we encourage our community to listen to Indigenous voices, learn about Indigenous histories and seek out opportunities to better understand the truths that shape our shared future.

Together, small actions – like learning, listening, and reflecting – can help create meaningful change.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the diversity, courage, and contributions of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

We are proud to help create spaces where girls, youth and volunteers feel seen, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves. Inclusion and belonging are at the heart of strong communities, and Pride Month is an opportunity to celebrate the people who make that possible.

Happy Pride Month! 🌈

Last weekend, more than 300 youth from across Canada came to York University in Toronto for the inaugural Career Compass event! They spent three days connecting with mentors, meeting career professionals and getting a taste of what’s to come after high school.

Some of the lessons they learned: there’s no one set path, youth have a voice and can use it, and you can do literally anything 🙂‍↕️

Nothing beats a good rally! 🙌

Last weekend, more than 4,000 Girl Guide members from across British Columbia came together for Rally Around BC, a fantastic annual event packed with fun activities, swap trading, singing, and lots of celebrating with friends. What a wonderful way to end the Guiding year!

A huge shoutout to the BC Girl Guides team for making it all happen. Be sure to check out their page for more incredible photos! 🤩
