From the Officers and Staff of Local 721, Happy Mother’s Day!

“On this National Day of Mourning, we stand shoulder to shoulder as Iron Workers, remembering every brother and sister who never made it home. We carry their names in our hearts and their lessons in our hands. Our strength is in our bonds, unbreakable, forged in trust, and proven on every job. We stay true to those bonds by looking out for one another, speaking up, and never cutting corners when it comes to safety.
We pray for our fallen, asking them to guide us and watch over us, so we can protect each other and ensure no one else has to share in this pain. Our job isn’t just to build, it’s to protect, to make sure every worker goes home safe and sound. We are our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers. Today and every day, we don’t just honour the fallen; we stand together to improve safety and eliminate workplace deaths and accidents, so no family has to feel that loss again.“
