A catalytic gift for life-saving cancer research.
The Larry and Judy Tanenbaum Family Foundation is donating $25 million to the Terry Fox Foundation in support of the Marathon of Hope Cancer Centres Network, the largest single donation in our history.
With matching support from the Government of Canada, the Tanenbaum family’s gift creates $50 million in impact for cancer research in Canada, helping fuel innovative cancer research beyond walls.
The Network connects 57 cancer centres, hospitals, and universities and more than 1,300 researchers, scientists, and clinicians to accelerate discovery, share knowledge faster, and expand access to precision cancer medicine for patients across Canada.
This marks an extraordinary act of leadership, built on millions of acts of generosity. Together, we can finish what Terry started.
