September is here, and we're looking forward to another month of connection, encouragement, creativity, and support for new and expecting parents. 💛

Our September Perinatal Peer Support Groups and Wellness Workshops offer welcoming spaces to connect with others who understand the unique experiences of pregnancy and early parenthood.

This month, we'll explore meaningful conversations around self-awareness, sharing your story, external pressures, bodily changes, relationship changes, coping skills, creating positivity, hobbies, mood and weather, and more through shared lived experience, open discussion, and practical tools to support your wellbeing.

Our creative wellness workshops continue throughout the month, offering opportunities to slow down, get creative, and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment. This month, we'll create decorative magnets, fall centrepieces, junk journals, and mystic macrame.
