Save the date, Pemberton. One of P***A's biggest nights of the year is back! 🎉

The 2026 P***A Annual Fundraiser & Silent Auction is happening Friday, October 23, and we want you there.

This is your night to give back to the trails, programs, and riding community that make Pemberton such a special place to ride. Our goal is $10,000, and every dollar goes right back into advocacy, trail stewardship, partnerships, and events.

Come celebrate what we've built together this year, catch up with your riding crew, and go home with some great items.

📅 Friday, October 23, 2026
📍 Pemberton Legion (19+)

🚵 Theme: Dress as your favourite Pemberton trail

Yes, you read that right. Pick your trail and show us what you've got. We can't wait to see who commits.

Thanks to everyone who rode and volunteered at our first Trails of Mystery! 🙌

It turned out to be a beautiful day out, with around 50 km of riding and over 2,000 m of climbing. Mystery, trivia, time trials and classic novels all made it into the mix, and the goofiness did not disappoint.

A big shout out to Ian, who dreamed this one up and organised the whole thing 👏

Thank you Whistler Blackcomb and the Epic Promise Foundation for your World Cup donation, and thank you to every P***A volunteer who made it happen. 🙌

The Epic Promise Foundation donated for every hour our volunteers gave at the World Cup, and it added up to $2,000 for P***A.

Thank you, everyone!

Registration for Trails of Mystery is officially OPEN. 🎟️

This is P***A's newest event, and it's built to be whatever you want it to be. Race it. Ride it slow and take in the views. Do a bit of both. The format comes from the same devious minds behind blind enduro racing: part scavenger hunt, part navigation challenge, part race, with mystery checkpoints only revealed on the day.

Limited spots available, so don't sit on this one.

The details:
📅 Saturday, October 3, starting 8AM - Mackenzie Parking Lot.
👥 Teams of 2 (solo riders welcome)
💵 $30 p/person registration, P***A membership required

Once you're at the meet-up, you'll get your checkpoints and tasks and it's up to you how you tackle them. Build your own route, pick up bonus challenges for time credits, and take on the one timed sector hidden somewhere in the mix. First team back to Pemberton Brewing wins. There's also a prize for the most aesthetic route, plus other bits of glory awarded entirely at our discretion - to be in the running for the aesthetic prize, you'll need to be running a tracker (Trailforks, Strava, Gaia, anything works).

You don't need to be riding the gnar to have a good day out. Comfortable on Overnight Sensation, Fat Tug, or Pioneer? You're set. With the right route choices, you can complete the whole task list without touching anything harder than Fat Tug or Pioneer. E-bikes welcome, just budget your battery (and maybe a little hike-a-bike).

Come ready for adventure: this is self-supported, so pack like it's a two-sandwich day and dress for whatever the weather decides to do.

Three years ago, joined P***A as our Communications Coordinator. Over the last six months, she stepped up as Acting Executive Director and anyone who's spent time on Pemberton trails has probably crossed paths with her along the way.

Emma wrapped up her time with P***A at the end of July, and we want to say a proper thank you. For the events she pulled together, the emails she wrote, the trail days she showed up for, and the community she helped build.

Thank you 🫶 we'll catch you on the trails again soon x

Introducing P***A's newest event: Trails of Mystery!

Grab your favourite riding partner and get ready for a mountain bike adventure. Designed as a big day out with your friends, you can race it, soak in the views, or a bit of both. Cooked up by the same devious minds behind blind enduro racing, this format has it all: part scavenger hunt, part navigation challenge, part race.

📅 Saturday, October 3, starting 8AM (sign in location revealed closer to the day)
👥 Teams of 2 (solo riders welcome)
🎟️ Registration opens Wednesday at 6PM - spots capped so make sure you're on it.

What to expect:

- A choose-your-own-adventure format
- Mystery checkpoints revealed on event day
- Build your own route through the trail network
- Food, drinks, and a post-ride celebration at
- Fastest team to the brewery takes the win, plus prizes for the most aesthetic route and other arbitrary glory, judged entirely at our discretion.

No need to ride the gnar to take part. If you're comfortable on trails like Overnight Sensation, Fat Tug, or Pioneer, there's a path through for you. E-bikes are welcome - just factor battery management (and maybe a little hike-a-bike) into your strategy.

This is a self-supported event, so come prepared: think two-sandwich day, and be ready for whatever the weather throws at you.

Registration fee is $30 p/person, and you'll need to be a P***A member to take part.

Think you've got the route-finding skills to solve the mystery?
Registration opens this WEDNESDAY at 6PM - limited spots available, so get ready to move fast.
