We currently have two budgies that recently came into the rescue with splay legs. One little one is more affected than the other, but both are bright, sweet, and doing well. 💚

Splay leg is unfortunately permanent at their age, but they can still live happy, full lives. They just benefit from soft or platform-style perches to help with grip and stability.

These two are bonded and must go to a home together, and we’d love to find someone willing to give these special little birds the loving forever home they deserve. 🐦🐦

If you’ve been thinking about adding budgies to your family and have a soft spot for birds that need a little extra support, these two might be perfect for you.

Meet Noel! Our newest rescue!

Say hello to our newest rescue, this sweet little cockatiel 💛 She came to us in this very small cage, but those days are behind her now. At Miss Oscar’s Parrot Rescue, she’ll first spend time in quarantine so we can be sure she’s healthy and comfortable. Once she’s ready, we’ll be looking for the perfect forever home where she can spread her wings and be truly loved. 🐦✨ Stay tuned for her journey!

✨Field trip fun — parrot edition! 🦜🎉
We had the BEST time hanging out with the amazing kids at the Boys & Girls Club yesterday.
From feathered hugs to funny bird sounds, Miss Oscar and friends brought the jungle to life — and stole a few hearts along the way 💕
Big thank you to the staff and kids for all the smiles and giggles!
