Be aware!

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHRISTMAS BAZAAR SCAM WARNING ⚠️

We have been made aware that individuals are impersonating our organization and contacting people about vendor opportunities for our upcoming Christmas Bazaar.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING VENDORS.

We want to make it clear that there is only ONE official email address and ONE official phone number associated with our Christmas Bazaar, both of which can be found on our official event poster.

If you receive a message from anyone claiming to represent our event, asking for vendor payments, personal information, or offering vendor spaces through any account other than our official social media page, please be cautious. These individuals are not affiliated with us, and this is a scam.

Please do not send any money or share personal information with these individuals.

We ask that you report any suspicious profiles or messages to the social media platform and help us spread the word by sharing this post. We want to protect our vendors, supporters, and the wider community from falling victim to these scams.

Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and for supporting the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes!
