We are excited to officially open registration for our Good Food for Seniors program here in Kamloops!

📅 First Session: Saturday, May 26
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Kamloops Alliance Church

Join us biweekly for a welcoming, supportive space where seniors come together to cook, share meals, and build meaningful connections.

✨ What’s Included:
• All food and supplies provided
• Cook and share meals together
• Healthy, budget-friendly recipes
• Take-home meals for you or your family
• Transportation support available (rides or bus tickets)

This program is about more than food it’s about connection, community, and reducing isolation while strengthening food security.
