Training Camp in the Chula Vista Elite Training Centre is completed today. The Team Canada
Junior National teams are heading to Los Angeles for the Junior International Cup Flag Football Tournament. Games begin this weekend.

The annual USA Football Junior International Cup showcases elite flag football competitions, uniting 15U and 17U boys' and girls' teams from around the world.

While competing in the Junior International Cup, athletes will gain exposure to five-on-five Olympic-style flag football and further develop the skills they need to thrive on an international stage.

We want to wish our Athletes & Coach all the best as they compete on the world's stage!

The final deadline to register is Monday, June 15th for the first-ever Edmonton Elks Club Flag Football Tournament, presented by Sentinel Storage. The event takes place at Emerald Hills June 26th - 28th, with U14, U16, U18, and Adult divisions for both male and female teams.

Football Alberta has partnered with Momentum Sports to make sports performance training accessible for all athletes and teams in Alberta by providing affordable virtual Strength and Conditioning options. Momentum Sports is a data-driven training and monitoring platform designed for athletes, teams and trainers to track performance, manage training loads, and enhance recovery. It is part of the Momentum Sports ecosystem, which provides personalized, science-backed athletic programming for teams and individual athletes.

Team Alberta Alumni Tylor Henry with Momentum Sports and Sr. Assistant Strength Coach with the University of Notre Dame Football, is hosting an Open House June 15th for all players and coaches. The focus will be on In Season Training Options and also Off-Season Training Programs.
