We had one last Volunteer of the Month for February that we need to shout out! 🙌

Janeen is in her first season in a new role with Rich Valley Hockey Club and according to our sources, is doing a fantastic job! She has taken a lead role organizing the tournaments for the group and her infectious team spirit has made the experience a huge success with the families. Thank you to Janeen for her contributions to making FunTeam hockey in Rich Valley so much FUN! 🏒👏

FunTeam Alberta Volunteer of the Month Recipient 👏🥳

Congratulations to Tom Kryzanowski of Beaumont Shinny Hockey!

We received a nomination that had nothing but positive things to say about the Group Manager in Beaumont. Tom is also a former recipient of the Randy Gregg Volunteer Award back in 2023. His dedication and hard work continues to be appreciated by families that show up every year on the outdoor ice in Beaumont.

Thank you to Matt for taking the time to submit a nomination for Tom!

Floor hockey is a great alternative for hockey groups that are looking for more affordable facility space and for when the outdoor rinks are dealing with a crazy Alberta winter! 🤩🏒

Great job Beaumont Shinny Hockey!
