Branch Out Foundation Accelerating neuroscience for brains at their best! We fund tech and non-pharmaceutical solutions to over 600 types of neurological conditions.

The Branch Out Foundation was created in the fall of 2010 through the coming together of a group of friends. After witnessing the effects neurological disorders first hand, we decided to work together to start a charity that we believe will make a difference, and have fun while doing it. The Branch Out Foundation exists to further contribute to the research of new and potentially alternative studi

es that could help in finding a cure for many of the diseases associated with the nervous system. By hosting a variety of events we hope to bring together friends, family, and community to help build awareness and fund research for neurological disorders. We believe that through a better understanding of the nervous system we will be able to both prevent and cure these types of disorders. We'd like to thank you for your interest in our cause and our events!

Over the past 15 years, neuroscience research has transformed our understanding of mental health — shifting the conversation from symptom management alone to investigating the underlying neurological mechanisms that influence cognition, emotion, behaviour, and resilience.

At Branch Out, we’ve supported innovative research exploring the neurobiology of conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders, while also funding studies focused on neuroplasticity, early intervention, biomarkers, and other innovative approaches to brain health.

By investing in interdisciplinary and translational neuroscience research, we’re helping advance a future where mental health conditions are better understood, more precisely treated, and supported through evidence-based innovation.
