• Looking for support when needed
• Being comfortable showing emotion
• Having supportive relationships with family, friends, coworkers, etc.

Our condolences go out to the family and friends of loved ones who died by su***de as the direct result of substances provided to them by Kenneth Law.

If you are struggling with thoughts of su***de, help is available. People want to help you; you don’t have to face thoughts of su***de alone. Call or text 9-8-8 Canada-wide 24/7.

If you’re worried that someone you know is struggling, reach out and have a conversation with them. Ask directly if they’re thinking about su***de, and let them know you’re there for them. Connect them to supports, including 9-8-8, and check in with them often.

Learn more about how to help:

We can illuminate hope for a person thinking about su***de. We can help them see that people do care, their life does matter, they’re not alone and help is available.
