💙 Support One of Our Own – David Greenwood's CEO Sleepout

Tonight, Noosa Touch member and local business owner (Bin Boss Noosa) will be taking part in the 2026 Vinnies CEO Sleepout for the third year running. This year, David has also been invited to be an ambassador for the event, helping raise awareness and much-needed funds for Australians experiencing homelessness.

David is passionate about making a difference and has set himself a fundraising goal of $15,000. Every dollar raised helps provide emergency accommodation, meals, support services and long-term housing solutions for people doing it tough.

We're not asking for much. If every Noosa Touch member could spare just $1, together we could make a meaningful contribution to a very worthy cause.

**🚨 REFEREES WANTED – GET PAID TO KEEP FIT! 🚨**

Not all heroes wear capes… some wear pink and yellow! 🩷💛

Noosa Touch is on the lookout for new referees for the upcoming season, and we're especially encouraging teenagers, young adults, and parents looking to help their kids earn some extra money while staying active and involved in our community.

Whether you've played touch before or are completely new to refereeing, we can help you get started.

✅ Build confidence and leadership skills
✅ Coaching and referee development pathways available
✅ Opportunities to referee at Noosa Touch, regional events, and other local affiliate competitions

**Referee Pay Rates**

💰 Junior Referees

* $8 per game – Non-accredited
* $15 per game – Junior Accredited

💰 Senior Referees

* $12 per game – Non-accredited
* $20 per game – Level 1
* $25 per game – Level 2
* $30 per game – Level 3
* $35 per game – Level 4

With up to **6 games available each week**, referees can earn regular money while enjoying the outdoors and being part of a great sporting community.

For parents of teenagers, this is a fantastic first job. It teaches communication, decision-making, responsibility, and confidence, all while being surrounded by positive role models and sport.

Our referees are the backbone of our competition, and we'd love to welcome some new faces into the team this season.

🥩 Congratulations to last night’s Meat Tray winner, who took home this absolute beauty courtesy of Wright Cut Meats!

A huge thank you to Wright Cut Meats for their ongoing support in supplying the meat trays that help make our raffles such a success. Their generosity directly assists our fundraising efforts and helps support our junior players and programs.
