What happens when workplace change involves more than the loss of a job?

Join Grief First Aid for an important webinar exploring redundancy and restructure through the lens of grief literacy — recognising the deep human impact of displacement, loss of identity, connection, purpose and agency.

Together, we’ll explore how organisational change can affect people far beyond employment, and why understanding these experiences matters when supporting teams through change.

Whether you’re leading change, supporting staff through redundancy, working in HR, or looking to strengthen psychological safety and employee wellbeing, this session offers a practical starting point for responding to restructures with greater care, honesty and grief-informed leadership.

Join our speakers Sally Healey, Leigh White, Dev Singh and our MC Alexandra Warren as they discuss this important topic.

📅 8 September
⏰ 12–1pm AEST

🎵 We put our team on the spot with one simple question...

What's the song you'd want to be remembered by, and why?

As the organisation behind Dying to Know we're encouraging Australians to think about their final song and, more importantly, share why it matters.

Choose your final song, add it to Australia's Final Playlist, and help get the conversation started at dyingtoknow.au.

What song would you choose for your final farewell?

Share your answer at dyingtoknow.au and help build Australia's Final Playlist. 🎶

What's your final song? 🎶

Every year, Dying to Know Day encourages Australians to have conversations about death, dying and the things that matter most before it's too late.

In the lead up to Dying to Know Day, we're inviting you to help build Australia's Final Playlist by sharing the song you’d want played at your funeral, farewell or celebration of life.

It might be a song that tells your story, brings back a special memory, or simply feels like you when it’s your time to say goodbye.

While it might seem like a simple question, it opens the door to bigger conversations about the things that matter most. Your wishes, your values, your memories, and the details your loved ones may one day need to know. Because if we don't share these things, nobody knows.

Visit dyingtoknow.au to add your song to the official Dying to Know: Australia’s Final Playlist.

Tell someone why you chose it and share your song on socials using . Don't forget to tag us in your post!
