School holidays are just around the corner, so now’s the perfect time to start planning! From 28 September – 9 October, with activities to keep kids active, entertained and trying something new.

From basketball, badminton and volleyball to Move & Grow, Kids Activate, fitness and world sports, there are plenty of opportunities to get moving. Plus, mix things up with Glow Gym Holiday Fun, interactive science and a magic show! 🏀🏸🧪🎩

With activities available for a range of ages, plenty of FREE sessions and other low-cost options, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy.

Happy Wear It Purple® Day! 💜

On the last Friday in August, we celebrate Wear It Purple® Day. It’s a national day to show support for LGBTQIA+ youth by proudly wearing purple. 🌈

Today is a chance for us all to listen to and learn what LGBTQIA+ youth need to thrive, and to action them in our lives.

How can you get involved today:
💜 Wear purple! Share the purple with us by tagging us in your photos.
💜 Learn what support LGBTQIA+ youth want and see how you can help (you can check out our videos and website to get started).
💜 Have meaningful conversations about LGBTQIA+ inclusion with those around you.
💜 Let the young LGBTQIA+ people in your life know you proudly support them!

Your visibility and support help create safe, inclusive spaces for q***r youth everywhere.

R B Connolly Reserve, North Haven is getting an upgrade!

If you use, play or live around this reserve, the City of PAE want to hear from you! Have your say on new playground equipment and multisport court. There are two consultations YOUTH (under 16) and COMMUNITY.

We're asking for your feedback on proposed upgrades to the playground, court and equipment at R B Connolly Reserve. If you use, play or live around this reserve, we want to hear from you.

With funding of $1.15 million we’ve received from the State Government, we’re planning to install new play equipment in the playground, including a climbing tower, swings, slides, climbing equipment and rubber soft fall. We're also proposing to upgrade the current small sport court to include a full-size multisport court lined for multiple sports.
