Being a foster based rescue means that our cats and dogs live in homes with families while they are waiting for their forever homes. We are fortunate enough to have a dedicated team of foster carers and are always looking to add new members to our rescue family. 🧡🍪 MEET GINGER SNAP 🍪🧡

Hi, I’m Ginger Snap! Life hasn’t always been easy for me. I came into foster care with my babies and, believe it or not, I was already pregnant again! So, I’ve been a very busy girl, spending my time raising my little ones and making sure they were happy, healthy and loved.
Now my babies have had their turn… and it’s finally my turn to look after me.

Nature
I’m a pretty chilled girl in my foster home, and I take day-to-day life in my stride. I’m happiest when things are calm and peaceful, and I’m slowly learning that life can be pretty wonderful when you don’t have to worry about anything.
One of my favourite places to hang out is the windowsill, where I can watch the world go by. I also love spending time on the big cat tree near the window — the perfect spot for a little lounging, bird watching and keeping an eye on everything happening outside.
I can still be a little nervous when I meet new people, so I’ll need a family who understands that I may take a little time to feel completely comfortable. Once I know I’m safe and loved, I’m sure I’ll show you just how sweet I can be. After spending so much of my life being a mum, I’m ready for someone to spoil me now.

I haven’t met children or dogs, so a quiet home without either would be best for me.

I love relaxing on the windowsill and spending time on my big cat tree near the window, where I can lounge, watch the birds and keep an eye on everything happening outside.
I’m happiest when things are calm and peaceful, and I may be a little nervous when meeting new people, so I’ll need some patience while I settle in.

My PURR-fect home would be a quiet and peaceful one without children or dogs. I need a family who will give me patience and allow me to settle in at my own pace. Most of all, I’m looking for someone who will give me plenty of love, a safe place to call home and the chance to be spoiled now that I’ve finished raising my babies.

🏝️✈️ INTRODUCING BERMUDA ✈️🏝️

Hi, I’m Bermuda — though my foster mumma calls me Bermie, and I respond beautifully to that.

Nature
I’m a happy, healthy five-month-old catton who has travelled all the way from Broome in search of my forever home. I settled into my new foster place so quickly, you’d think I’d lived here forever.

I’m full of playful energy, easily entertained and always ready for fun — give me a tiny bit of cardboard and I’ll turn it into the best game ever. I love exploring new spaces, being in the same room as you and zooming around with my favourite toys, strings and tiny toy mice.

When playtime is over, I become the sweetest cuddle bug. I’ll hop onto your lap or snuggle up with you on the couch, purring myself into a cosy nap. I’ve got lovely manners too and use my litter tray perfectly.

I’m easygoing and confident — not much phases me, not even the vacuum cleaner or a drill!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’m social and curious, and I’ve been trying hard to make friends with the other foster kitties in my home. I could happily be your only girl, soaking up all the love and attention, but with the right cat and slow introductions, I could thrive with a friendly feline companion too.

I’m an affectionate girl who enjoys gentle humans of all ages.

I haven’t met any dogs yet, but with calm, steady introductions, I’d be willing to give them a chance.

❤️I love toys — anything that moves, squeaks or can be chased is my favourite.
❤️ Small bits of cardboard? Absolutely thrilling.
❤️ Exploring new spaces and being near my humans makes me happy.

I’m very easygoing and don’t have any strong dislikes — I take everything in my stride.

🏡‼️URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED ‼️🏡

Maeve and Meiko are a sweet bonded pair looking for a new foster home together.

Maeve is a beautiful, gentle and very anxious girl who can take a little time to feel comfortable with new people. She’s a real cat’s cat and gains confidence from having Meiko by her side. Once she feels safe, her sweet personality starts to shine, and she loves sunny spots, watching the birds and the occasional belly rub!

Meiko is a friendly, cheeky older gentleman who absolutely loves his food! He enjoys being around his people and will happily follow you around the house, curl up beside you or keep your feet warm at night. He can be affectionate when he’s in the mood and loves a good snooze.

They would love a quiet, calm home with a predictable routine where they can settle in at their own pace. They would prefer to be the only pets in the home and are best suited to older, respectful children.

🌸💋 MEET TRINITY 💋🌸

Hi, I’m Trinity, although my foster carers lovingly call me sweet Trinny. I’m a delightful but shy girl who has been through a lot.

Nature
I came into foster care with a deformed front leg that was very painful and raw, but even though I was in pain, I was so gentle and loving, showing no aggression, just gratitude for a meal and some attention. Today, I’m bouncing around my foster home, playing with toys, chasing my tail and loving life!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I like other kitties, but I would also be fine as an only cat in a home where someone is home for a reasonable amount of time each day.

I’ve met the family dog and have no issues with him, even though he is big and noisy.

I would also be fine in a family with children, as I have such a gentle and respectful nature.

Likes / Dislikes
I love playing with toys and spending time in my cat tree. I also love cuddles, but this may take a little time for me to become confident in my new home, so your patience will pay off once you have earned my trust.

I don’t enjoy people rushing towards me or the vacuum cleaner.

Medical Notes: Trinity required amputation of her front right leg due to missing the lower part of her radius and ulnar. She has healed well from this and does not require any further treatment. Due to this condition, she will need to be a strictly indoor only cat although may have access to a fully-enclosed cat run.

Trinity had cat flu, which is a respiratory infection. She was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet. She was also exposed to Ringworm, a common fungal infection, but did not show symptoms or require any treatment.

🍮🤍 MEET CUSTARD 🤍🍮

Nature
I am the most courageous of my litter, I am already a big fan of pats and scratches and I love to play. As long as I am approached slowly, I am happy to show my cuddly and smoochy side. I am also turning into quite the adventurer.

I live with other cats and get along with them well. I am untested with dogs and children.

I would love to be adopted with one of my siblings, or to a home with another confident cat who can play with me and also help teach me that humans aren’t so scary.

🩷 If you have a squeezy treat in your hand, you will see my little nose going off as I sniff, because I loveee food so much!! This is also when I am most brave.

🌟🍪 MEET THOMAS 🍪🌟

Thomas is a cuddly, chilled and affectionate 11-year-old gentleman.

Nature
He is very gentle, confident and curious, although he can be a little shy when first meeting new people. He warms up incredibly quickly and, once comfortable, will follow you around the house, sleep beside you, sit on your lap and purr constantly.

He loves stretching and rolling over in front of you when he is relaxed and happy. He is also a little talkative when food or treats are involved!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Thomas would be happy living with another calm, relaxed cat who enjoys sleeping and chilling as much as he does. He does like having his own space, so an older or quieter feline companion would suit him best.

A home without dogs would be preferred.

He has been around children but would be best suited to adults or older children because he is sensitive to loud noises.

Likes / Dislikes
Thomas absolutely loves food, especially licky treats! He also loves pats, cuddles, scratching posts, cosy hiding spots, looking out the window and relaxing near his people. He isn't particularly playful anymore and much prefers a good nap.

Thomas dislikes loud noises, sudden movements and especially the sound of the dreaded cat carrier.

My PURR-fect home would be quiet, relaxed and full of affection. I don’t need someone home all day; I’m quite independent when I want to be, but I absolutely love spending time with my people. I would suit adults or older children and could live with another calm cat.

‼️🚨 POUND PATROL - AT RISK OF EUTHANASIA 🚨‼️

Look at that face. He is absolutely gorgeous, yet he is stuck in a remote northern WA pound with zero options, with euthanasia staring him in the face.

He needs a foster home to get him out of the pound, onto his flight to life, and somewhere safe where he can finally relax and start to show the beautiful personality hiding underneath all that uncertainty.

We know there is so much more to this boy than what he can show while sitting in a scary pound environment. With a safe home, some patience and someone in his corner, we hope he can blossom into the gorgeous boy he deserves to be.

🦩🩰 MEET CHELSEA 🩰🦩

Nature
I am one of three sibling kittens looking for some patient humans to show me lots of love and affection! I love playing and I like helping the broom sweep up mess.

I am still be a bit shy and learning to be social so sometimes I am nervous, but I am improving and progressing day-by-day.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with my siblings, older cats and younger kittens and I see dogs through the window. When dogs bark, I don't seem to mind. Slow introductions are always recommended to any new fur-friends.

I haven't been around children, but I am sure I will settle given time.

Likes / Dislikes
I like food and occasional treats. I love playing with toys and my hooman with the feather and bell toy, or chasing string! I like pats, for a short time, or laying on the couch with my hoomans.

I dislike loud voices or shoes, the vacuum cleaner and sudden movements. I'm not too keen on being picked up, yet.

My PURR-fect home would be with hoomans who can be patient with me as I might still be a little scared. I'd like someone to play and talk to me and I can become your loving playful companion!
