Ambedkarite Buddhist Community proudly hosted an event to pay tribute to the 135th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

Ambedkarite followers, community members, and our emerging young generation actively participated by delivering speeches and sharing their thoughts. It was inspiring to see children and youth confidently express Babasaheb’s values of education, equality, and self-respect.

The event reflected our shared commitment to carry forward the message of Educate, Organise, and Agitate and to build a more inclusive and compassionate society.

We extend our sincere thanks to all participants, volunteers, and supporters who made this event meaningful and successful. Special thanks to the City of Gosnells for their continued support of our various community initiatives.

Another great Sunday at ABC! 🤖🧘‍♂️

We successfully conducted our 5th Free Robotic Workshop, making it yet another inspiring Sunday for the community.

It was an honour to welcome Honourable Mayor Theresa Lynes, who paid a surprise visit and warmly encouraged our young students and their parents.

👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 19 children (ages 10–15) participated and built a weather-reading robot using LEGO Spike Prime, successfully completing the challenge! 🎉

🙏 Heartfelt thanks to Ashish, Prakash, and Rohit for conducting the workshop, and to the City of Gosnells for their continued support.

Respected Members and Dear Ambedkarite Family,

Today, on Mahaparinirvan Diwas, we bow our heads in humble tribute to the life, wisdom, and eternal legacy of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. His teachings continue to guide our path, inspire our actions, and strengthen our resolve to build a society rooted in equality, justice, and humanity.

Babasaheb did not just give us a Constitution, he gave us a vision of a nation where dignity is a birthright and opportunity belongs to all. As Ambedkarites, it is our responsibility to carry this mission forward with unity, courage, and compassion.

On this solemn day, let us reaffirm our commitment to:
* Stand firmly against injustice and discrimination.
* Empower our children through education and knowledge.
* Build strong, inclusive, and compassionate communities.
* Live every day by the values Babasaheb gifted us i.e. Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.

As we offer flowers and light candles in his memory, let us also light a flame within our hearts a flame of dedication to continue the work he began, to uplift the vulnerable, and to stand together as one Ambedkarite community.

My heartfelt gratitude to everyone who gathered today and to all who continue to keep Babasaheb’s mission alive through service, awareness, and social commitment.

Let us walk forward with pride, unity, and unwavering determination.

The Ambedkarite Buddhist Community had yet another remarkable Sunday!

The day began with 45 minutes of Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation, followed by our 3rd Free Robotic Workshop!

👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 16 enthusiastic young innovators participated and built an exciting Brain Game using LEGO Spike Prime kits.
During the 2.5-hour session, students:

Built a robot to play a memory-based Brain Game

Programmed it to “eat” a candy stick with a fun bite sound

Used sensors & code to store a color sequence (Candy1 list)

Coded a challenge where the robot lights up the correct position, detects the brick, and celebrates with a whistle when done correctly! 🎉

🙏 Heartfelt thanks to our dedicated instructor Ashish Chaure for conducting three workshops in a row, supported by Ankit, Makarand, and Rohit.

👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 21 enthusiastic students joined today’s session where they learned to assemble a push-ups robot and program it to perform multiple push-ups with amazing sound effects as part of the challenge. 💪🤖🎶
