NOTICE OF AGM AND ELECTION OF NEW EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

As per the board meeting dated 10th SEPTEMBER 2025,
It has been decided to hold the AGM (Annual General Meeting) and election of new sets of Executive Officers on SATURDAY 1st November from 2 pm at TUART COLLEGE, Tuart Hill.

Pursuant to the meeting minutes as show;
3. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Minutes of the previous meeting approved by Gracia and seconded by Benny.

- Thus, finalisation of PETAWA AGM AND ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS on 1st November at Tuart College from 2:00PM
- That NO PROXY VOTE will be accepted
- That to be eligible to vote, member must be at least 21 Days registered priorbefore This nesting period will protect the integrity of the election.

THE MOON AND THE BAKUNAWA ( A Dementia Carer Story) rehearsals are in full force, both for the Philippine International cast headed by Mr. FRANK RIVERA, Cavestany and Panganiban, as well as for the Perth cast with Philippine Educational Theatre Artist of WA Inc. President Waghorne, KMR Franklin, Ofilia Leady GONSALEZ and Daughter of Faith Rico - .
