Behind every success story is someone cheering participants on, and at our Bowen office, that person is Jody.
While one of our smaller sites, Jody brings an incredible amount of enthusiasm, positivity and dedication to her role every day. She is passionate about supporting young people in the Bowen region, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals 🎯
What Jody loves most about her role is seeing the pride participants show when they achieve their goals and watching their confidence shine through 🌟 When challenges arise, she stays motivated by seeing participants in a better situation than when they first started, knowing she has helped make a meaningful difference in their journey.
Her advice to her younger self? "Nothing comes easy and if it's worth it, you will work for it."
Outside of work, Jody is passionate about her family 👨👩👧👦. She also enjoys diamond art and has a unique love for skulls! 💎
Her go-to coffee order is a vanilla latte with skim milk, which she says helps balance out her favourite treat... cake! 🍰Fun fact: Jody's first job was working at Coles in Bathurst, NSW, on the checkout 🛒
We're so proud to have Jody's energy, passion and commitment on our team and the positive impact she continues to make in the Bowen community.
