💙 WE’RE GROWING – COME JOIN THE CASA NDIS TEAM!
Our NDIS services are continuing to grow, and we’re looking for some great people to join our team in Mackay.
We’re currently recruiting:
🙋 NDIS Support Workers
🧹 NDIS Cleaners
We’re looking for reliable, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about doing a good job and supporting people to live independently in their own homes and community.
Support Worker roles may include community access, daily living assistance, personal care, transport and supporting participants to work towards their individual goals.
Cleaner roles focus on providing quality cleaning services within NDIS participants’ homes, helping people maintain a safe, comfortable and clean living environment.

Previous disability experience is great, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last month to celebrate the official opening of CASA Mackay's new office and the next chapter in our journey.
It was a wonderful opportunity to welcome our community into our new space, reflect on how far we've come over the past 40+ years and share our vision for the future.

As the need for housing and homelessness support continues to grow across our region, our expanded office, growing team and refreshed brand represent much more than a new look – they reflect our ongoing commitment to ensuring people can access the support they need, when they need it most.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, and to those who have supported CASA Mackay throughout this journey. Together, we're building a stronger, more connected community.

This year's Together For Shelter event welcomed a broad cross-section of our community – bringing together a wide range of local organisations to connect people with housing, health, employment and wellbeing services, all in one welcoming space.

As housing pressures and financial hardship continue to affect more people, events like this are more important than ever.

A huge thank you to every organisation, volunteer and community member who helped make Together For Shelter such a welcoming and valuable event. By working together, we can help people find the right support at the right time.
