🌞 Kerrie our FDC Community Liaison Officer had a fantastic time at the Walk on Country event in Kingscliff! It was a beautiful day to reflect on the bond between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the wider community.

With the sun shining, Kerrie joined many others in a meaningful walk led by Uncle Frank, who shared stories and insights about First Nations cultures. 🏃‍♂️🎶 Children enjoyed free activities, live entertainment, and even went home with free plants! 🌿

Kerrie especially loved connecting with the Elders over lemon myrtle tea. 🍵 Every step we take towards understanding and respect is a step forward in our reconciliation journey.
