Hi everyone!
If you, or someone you know, would like to open your garden to the public on Sunday 9th August for Lismore's inaugural Edible Garden Trail, please read the guidelines in the comment section below and then fill out the registration form (link in the comments too).

It's time!
We're ready to take registrations for Lismore's inaugural Edible Garden Trail. Please check out the guidelines below and then, if you want to register your interest in being an open garden, fill out the registration form below.

We're very excited as this will be a wonderful chance to see what y'all are up to in your gardens and raise some much needed funds for the community garden.
So have a think about whether you would like to be one of about 6 gardens that will be open to the public on the 9th August.

We've been planting the winter stuff in the raised beds in earnest lately: all brassicas, coriander, rocket, lettuce, calendula for a burst of colour and Queen Anne's Lace to attract the beneficial little flying and crawling things...

With a bit of time and patience, these beds will be humming with veggies and insect activity again after a bit of a break through our hot, dry summer.

There's lots of leftovers on the sharing table, particularly citrus. Come help yourself :)
