Loads of winged yam (Dioscorea alata) on the sharing table if anyone wants to try some and/or plant some. It can produce a lot of food in a small area but is a climbing plant so best next to a trellis or tree. Needs zero care and can be used as a potato substitute.
There's also a bit of yacon for planting.

Normally we aren't really into having pots dropped off at the garden, but someone brought in a variety of very big pots and also some colourful clay pots so we accepted. They're on the sharing table so come and help yourselves.
There's also a heap of yummy bananas at varying degrees of ripeness.
Enjoy 😀

There are loads of leafy greens at the garden atm. Did you know: all brassica leaves are edible and yum! Don't just stick to kale and cabbage. Try broccoli, cauliflower, and these ethiopian cabbage leaves.
Come help yourselves. But please, pick from these big plants and not from the little bitty babies :)

The crop swap is on again this Saturday morning.... see you there :)
