The NTCA is dedicated to supporting and raising awareness of the health services available within our community. Yesterday, Emily attended the opening of the Gidget House located at Remote Territory Healthcare - Berry Springs.

Gidget House is a provider of free (bulk-billed) individual psychological therapy for expectant, new and potential parents. Support is delivered by a perinatal mental health clinician, in person or via Telehealth.

We are excited to see the addition of this vital perinatal service introduced to the Territory.

1️⃣ Speak to your GP about a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
2️⃣ Contact 1300 GIDGET (443 438) for support options.
3️⃣ Visit gidgetfoundation.org.au to learn more and access helpful resources.

Territory cattle are raised in some of the harshest conditions in Australia - and that’s exactly what makes them exceptional.

The Royal Darwin Show Cattle Section showcases some of the most impressive livestock in the NT.

Stud cattle, junior handlers and elite breeders all come together for one of the biggest agricultural highlights of the Show. Judges will be looking assessing animals on structure, movement, condition and presentation - not just size.

Baselines are Better on Beef

There's a lot of conversation around emissions, carbon and natural capital, but not always a lot of clarity.

That's where the Grower Group Alliance Carbon Farming Outreach Program (CFOP) comes in. Funded by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), the program helps Australian farmers and land managers access practical, reliable information to support informed decision-making.

After completing training through the Net Zero CRC, Tash and Hollie have been sharing that knowledge with producers through workshops, events and industry engagement.
