The Southern Districts Football Club Annual General Meeting is fast approaching and we need your nominations!

To give everyone a little extra time, Committee Nominations have been extended and now close TONIGHT – Wednesday 18 June 2026.

If you've been thinking about getting involved and helping shape the future of our great club, now is the time to put your hand up.

🐊 SDFC – A CLUB GROWING FAST 🐊

Southern Districts is growing fast — 34 teams and nearly 1,000 participants strong! 📈

With that growth comes the need for more people to help keep our club moving forward.

Right now, a small group is carrying most of the load. They’ve done an incredible job 👏, but for a club of our size, we need more hands, more ownership, and more people willing to step in and make a difference.

We’re strengthening how we operate through our Four Pillars:

🔹 Participation
🔹 Performance
🔹 Pathway
🔹 Revenue

All supported by strong Operations.

But structure only works when people get involved.

There are opportunities across all areas of the club — juniors, seniors, pathways, administration, events, commercial, game day, facilities and more.

Whether you’re organised, skilled, experienced, or simply willing to lend a hand, there’s a place for you.

The reality is simple: without more people stepping up, standards become harder to maintain and momentum slows.

The opportunity is even greater: with the right people involved, we can build a stronger, more sustainable Southern Districts for years to come. 💪

Our Cazalys NT Talent Academy Under 18 Girls are on fire! 🔥

Back-to-back wins for the girls, who now head home to Darwin for their final clash against the Gippsland Power at TIO Stadium on Saturday, June 6 🙌

A huge effort from the entire team! 👏
