Coffs Harbour Support Services Our Mission is to support people to live a richer and more connected life. We are a local not-for-profit organisation established in 1993.

Any surplus/profits stay local and go directly toward strengthening our local community and improving support for local people with a disability. Our Board is local, our staff are local and all of our money is spent locally, supporting local businesses and local jobs. Chances are you already know someone who uses our services or who works with us.

โœจ We have some exciting Boundless Book Ball news to share โœจ

We're thrilled to announce that Nick Hardcastle will be joining us as MC for the 2026 Boundless Book Ball.

From local radio beginnings right here in our region to a career spanning television, theatre and major events across Australia and around the world, Nick's journey is a wonderful reminder that big stories can start in small places. We're honoured that Nick has chosen to be part of Boundless 2026 and help bring this special evening to life.

The support for Boundless has already been incredible. The enthusiasm we've seen from our community has exceeded anything we could have hoped for, and with many exciting announcements still to come, we're more excited than ever about what this event can become together.

Each month we see more people coming along to catch up with friends, meet new faces, and enjoy a relaxed evening out together.

This Friday (12 June) we're heading back to the Hoey Moey for another great night out with good company, delicious dinner, and live music from 'Awake'.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, brought along a delicious treat to share, or made a donation. Together, ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ฌ๐ž๐ $๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‚๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ซ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ and enjoyed a wonderful morning filled with good food, great conversation, and plenty of smiles.

Our talented ๐๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ helped make the morning extra special, preparing a delicious apple turnover cake and chocolate Weet-Bix slice that were enjoyed by all.

From the incredible spread of homemade goodies to the fantastic raffle prizes, it was wonderful to see our CHSS community come together in support of a great cause.

โ˜•๐Ÿฐ Join Us for Australiaโ€™s Biggest Morning Tea! ๐Ÿฐโ˜•

Tomorrow (Wednesday 27th May) at 10:00am

If youโ€™re nearby, weโ€™d love for our CHSS community to pop in and enjoy some delicious homemade treats with us. ๐Ÿ’™

Our amazing clients from the CHSS Baking Group have been busy preparing apple turnover cake and chocolate Weet-Bix slice for the morning tea, and we can confirm... it all looks incredible.

In exchange for all the yummy goodies on offer, weโ€™re asking for a gold coin donation to support Cancer Councilโ€™s Biggest Morning Tea, helping fund cancer research, prevention programs, and support services for Australians impacted by cancer.

Weโ€™re also welcoming donations of baked goods and treats from anyone whoโ€™d like to contribute to the table.

We canโ€™t wait to see you there!

Fridayโ€™s Trivia Night went off with a bang!
From the moment the BBQ fired up, the night was filled with great food, plenty of laughs, and lots of lively conversation as everyone enjoyed catching up.
The BBQ and fresh salads were a huge hit, keeping everyone fuelled for an entertaining night of trivia, puzzles, and friendly competition.

Teams battled it out with some clever thinking and teamwork, with memorable team names including Winners, Dominators, The Evening Team, XPT, and the crowd favourite โ€” The Slippery Eels, voted the best team name of the night!

To top it all off, delicious choccy prizes were handed out to celebrate the winners and add a sweet finish to a fantastic evening.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and made the night such a success!

Last Tuesday, our Media Group took a walk to Yarrila Arts and Museum to explore RELICS: A New World Rises.

The group moved through the exhibition at their own pace, taking it all in - from tiny worlds built inside fridges and typewriters to the unexpected ways everyday furniture and appliances were brought to life through LEGO.

LEGO is something our groups often enjoy working with, and this outing offered plenty of ideas to take back with them.

The day will be shared in the Media Groupโ€™s next newsletter, and weโ€™re looking forward to reading it! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Outings like this are about more than getting out and about, theyโ€™re a chance to connect, explore ideas, and enjoy shared experiences in our local community.

This is a welcoming, communityโ€‘focused event for older people, people living with disability, and carers who are interested in health, wellbeing, and the supports available here on the Mid North Coast.

Itโ€™s a great opportunity to come along, have a wander, and connect with a wide range of local services. Weโ€™d love to see familiar faces and meet some new people on the day.
