Dr. Richard is an award-winning filmmaker, academic, cinematographer and journalist. He has created over 25 publicly funded films and interactive productions, many focused on social justice and community development, including important work connected to Timor-Leste. His research-driven creative practice has been recognised nationally and internationally, with screenings in major festivals and institutions around the world.
