Support, engage and build the Syrian communities in Australia and in their host countries. MISSION STATEMENT
To provide basic humanitarian aids ( through our registered partners), promote the Syrian culture, create education and job opportunities and unite the Syrian communities in Australia and in their host countries. PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATION
Support and uphold the Constitution and Laws of

the Commonwealth of Australia and every State thereof. Promote, sponsor and/or engage in activities to fulfil the diverse needs of the Syrian Community in Australia. Strengthen the relations of loyalty and mutual respect between all Syrians and their host countries. Raise funds in Australia and from around the world via donation campaigns in order to support needy people anywhere around the world. TYPE OF ORGANISATION
Australian Syrian Association Victoria INC. (ASAVIC) is a not-for-profit, non-political, charitable organisation. The Association must not distribute any surplus, income or assets directly or indirectly to its members. This rule does not prevent the Association from paying a member –
Reimbursements for expenses properly incurred by the member; or
For goods or services provided by the member, done in good faith on terms no more favourable than if the member was not a member. LINES OF BUSINESS
