MSA Clubs & Societies Serving thousands of members and over a hundred clubs since 1962, MSA Clubs & Societies (C&S) is a division of Monash Student Association (MSA).

Over 100 student-run Clubs & Societies run activities, events, competitions, productions, get-togethers, seminars, camps, conferences and more for over 10,000 student members. Clubs & Societies aims to foster student participation in clubs, facilitate the activities and administration of clubs, provide financial and administrative support to clubs and liaise between clubs, the Monash Student Association and the University.

AGM season is in full swing! Whether you're a returning committee member or new to the committee, we have workshops for all positions, not just the TOP 4.

👩🏻‍💻- Club Committee Workshop:
Whether you’re new to committee life or maybe you want to brush up on the basics, this practical workshop will cover the essentials of running a club.

🎉 - Off-Campus Events Information Session:
Are you new to the off-campus event process? Or thinking about running an event later this year or early in 2027? This session is for you!

💵 - Treasurer's Workshop: This workshop is designed to provide treasurers the basic understanding of accounting and the required financial literacy for running a not-for-profit organisation.

With Semester 2 almost over! C&S would love to introduce 4 new clubs that will be holding their IGM’s in the following weeks. A big congratulations to Monash Fashion Association, Monash Mauritian Society, Game Creators of Monash and Monash Red Cross Society. This is a huge and final step in becoming fully affiliated and joining the 110+ clubs.

The IGM’s are open to all! So please rally the troops and help support these 4 new clubs, build connections and offer them a helping hand in navigating this space.🫱🏻‍🫲🏻

Club Committee Induction Workshop TODAY! ✨🧡

Are you new to committee life? We’ve got you! 🙌

Whether you’re new to committee life or maybe you want to brush up on the basics, this practical workshop will cover the essentials of running a club. We’ll unpack committee roles and responsibilities, chairing meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes. By the end of the session, you will know the difference between a procedural motion and a financial motion and will understand the key governance and operational tasks that are all important parts of being on a club committee.

And that's a wrap! We wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who attended yesterday's Mid-Year Orientation Festival and visited and joined our clubs. We especially want to shout out the wonderful Office Bears who dedicate time to coming out to man the stalls, set up the most beautiful decorations, and, overall, put in the hard yards to make the heart of the Mid-Year flourish!

To our 6 New Clubs, it was truly a delight to see you glow with energy and enthusiasm. We can’t wait to see what more you have in store!
