CHRISTMAS HAMPER CHALLENGE: WEEK THREE

This week we're popping in some tea.

It's amazing how one item a week can quickly grow into a hamper that will bring a little extra comfort and cheer to someone this Christmas.

When your hamper is complete, it can be dropped off to the Marlin Coast Neighbourhood Centre, ready to be shared with local families and individuals who need a helping hand.

With three decades of immersion in mind-body practices, Renee Cashman brings deep wisdom and presence to her teaching. Her path began 30 years ago on Mt. Tamborine and in later years included earning 1st Dan black belts in both Fudoshin Sh*toryu Karate and later SMAC Tang Soo Do.
A Level 4 Qigong Teacher under Master Simon Blow, Renee has also trained with Dr. Paul Lam, Master Robert Peng, and Master Daisy Lee. To study directly at the source, she traveled to China with Master Simon Blow in 2025 and 2026 to train under Master Xia.
For Renee, Tai Chi is a pearl of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through slow, intentional movements, breath, and awareness, her classes work the joints, organs, and meridians to bring peace to the heart, clarity to the mind, and upliftment to the spirit.
