A group of like minded individuals, forming an intentional community of neighbours, with a focus on downsizing and reducing our environmental foot print.

Our Vision
"We are a forward thinking, self managed neighbourhood, supporting each other while respecting individuality. Our guiding principles are:
· Our privately owned homes are energy efficient, sparing of resources and economical.
· Our community workshop, studios and gardens allow creative individuality, facilitate sharing of common interests and promote self sufficiency and sustainability.
· Consensus decision making principles guide our community management.
· We are a successful example of how to live together sustainably, ethically and inclusively"
